The report summarizes work of the Dietitians of Canada Ad-Hoc Education and Accreditation Policy Committee to develop definitions and ratings for each of the Knowledge Statements contained in the Framework for Undergraduate Dietetic Education. The Knowledge Statements, definitions and ratings apply to university undergraduate programs and serve as a minimum academic requirement for graduates applying to internship/practicum programs
