The majority of respondents worked full time. All provinces and territories had difficult-to-fill vacancies (vacant more than 90 days); vacancy problems were anticipated with projected retirements in the next 10 years. Only 2% of respondents worked in the area of business and industry, mostly working in sales, marketing and retail.
